• Photos of the issue

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable.
 

8. Gift Cards

Harmony Organic Matcha gift cards:

• Are non-refundable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Must be used before expiration if applicable

• May only be redeemed through approved channels

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
